The reason for the contact was the survey on the email did not work when selected. James was the 1st person I spoke with on the live chat. Awful service…īeing a new member of the online site. But there’s been no reply because they’re not accepting quieres this way or responding “we’ve been busy improving our site….no new emails to this address will receive a response” but the advisor I spoke to this morning reviewed the email/screen shots? And told me again to send all info I have plus photos to them again using the same email. Live chat advisor encouraged me to send screen shots of wins as they couldn’t find anything to ‘support at grosvenor casinos dot com’ (email format not allowed) so I did this and explained all.

To be awarded the following Monday being yesterday 22/05/23. their promos disappeared! 16/05/23 I played last Tuesdays deal of the day “prize share spin to win a top prize up to £1000” on diamond spins Cleopatra.
